Bolivia's general election is just around the corner and President Evo Morales continues to lead all voter intention surveys. teleSUR writer, Oliver Vargas, discusses the electoral climate and some of the recent news headlines coming from the mainstream media, as it turns its attention to the Plurinational State. While opposition candidates Carlos Mesa and Óscar Ortiz are trailing in support, the country's right-wing and international right has waged attacks on Evo's candidacy, while the MAS - Movement Towards Socialism, recently suffered an attack on a campaign office, and protesters were seen attacking supporters of President Morales.
