In today's program, we look at what is going on inside prisons in Ecuador. Riots, threats, brutal deaths and impunity. Dozens have died just in 2019 inside jails, and officials say the amount of inmates surpasses their capacity. Now, the government has declared a state of emergency, but human rights actvists say nothing has change, and it keeps getting worse. To discuss that, we have Ricardo Camacho, former Undersecretary of Rehabilitation.
