From Quito: VENEZUELA LEAVES OAS
In today's program, we look at the reason why Venezuela decided to leave the Organization of American States. After denouncing that it was the ministry of U.S. colonies, and acting on behalf of the U.S. government to topple progressive leaders in the region. How will this affect the reputation of the OAS and will other countries follow the same line if they feel threatened by international organzation and political moves. To discuss this we have Ivonne Tellez, professor on international law.
