From Mexico: Enrique Vidal
In the month of October, an exodus occurred of what some people said up to ten thousand Central Americans who left their countries and migrated to Mexico with hopes of going to the United States. This group represents a big change of what we have previously seen here in Mexico. If there has been a constant that there is migration from Central American countries which are suffering violence and hunger at intolerable levels, we've never seen before this kind of concentration, these nunmbers, this kind of an exodus all at one time. What does this mean for Mexico and Central America? On today's From Mexico, our guest is Enrique Vidal, member of Mesoamerican Voices.
